Based in Geneva, he leads the overall strategic development of Flexstone Partners. He serves on the European Audit Committee, the Global Advisory Investment Committee, the US, European and Asian Investment Committees and the Compensation Committee. He promotes and supports Flexstone sustainability conviction and approach.
Eric founded Euro Private Equity in 2005, a predecessor to Flexstone Partners. Previously, he was the Director of DB Capital Venture Partners, the European Venture Capital arm of Deutsche Bank in London and Dubai. Previously, Eric was an investment executive at CSFB Private Equity in London, where he worked primarily on pan-European Buyouts investment opportunities. Earlier, he worked in structured finance with BNP Paribas in Sao Paulo, Paris and New York, specializing in leveraged buyouts, infrastructure financing, mezzanine debt and investments in private equity funds.
Eric earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BS in finance from Neoma (France).
He currently sits on the advisory board of several private equity funds and is a past board member of several private and publicly traded companies as well as not-for-profit organizations.
