What are we looking for?

We currently have two open positions within the Solutions team based in London. The candidates will perform portfolio analyses, research on market themes and help provide multi-asset solutions for clients. The role is expected to evolve over time and become more client facing with the candidate’s seniority.

Who will I be working with?

You will be working in a growing, multi-asset Solutions team based in London, working with colleagues in Paris, Singapore and Boston. This role includes working closely with Sales and other members of the wider Solutions team.

What will I be doing?
  • Help senior members of team to present portfolio analyses to clients, both via video conference and in person
  • Prepare and deliver reports and customised portfolio recommendations for client meetings, periodic sales training and other key events
  • Conduct in-depth research on investment funds from both Natixis and its competitors
  • Develop optimisation tools and processes to enhance our multi-asset solutions
  • Analyse relevant market-based trends and market themes that are pertinent to our clients and to aid sales efforts.
  • Other ad hoc analyses and project work as requested
  • Occasionally present topics to groups of clients, internally as well as at industry events
What skills and qualifications are required for the role?
  • 0-3 years of experience, ideally in a multi-asset environment, with a bias to quantitative analytics and portfolio construction
  • Must be fluent in English; other European languages such as French, Spanish or Italian a plus
  • Good understanding of investing, economics and finance, as well as asset allocation, risk management and capital markets theory
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Coding language skills such as Python and VBA very useful
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts and connect to a multi-cultural and global audience, having a diverse range of technical expertise
  • Must be proactive, energetic and client-focused with the ability to motivate others
  • Strong organisational skills essential with the ability to work independently, be a self-starter and results focused
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sustainability Graduate to provide support to our Chief Sustainability Officer and the wider Sustainability team. Who will I be working with?

You will have first-hand, day-to-day mentoring from the Chief Sustainability Officer (based in London), and the wider Sustainability team (based in Paris and Boston).

What will I be doing?
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on sustainability best practices, emerging trends, and industry benchmarks to support the development of strategies and initiatives.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Assist in gathering and analysing data, helping to track and report on key performance indicators and progress towards sustainability goals.
  • Project Support: Provide support to projects and initiatives, including coordination, communication, and documentation of project activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting engagement efforts and communication related to sustainability initiatives.
  • Communication and Outreach: Contribute to the development of communication materials, including presentations, reports, and internal/external messaging.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing events, and managing documentation related to sustainability activities.
  • Learning and Development: Take advantage of opportunities to learn from and collaborate with the Sustainability team, gaining exposure to various aspects of management and strategy.
What skills and qualifications are required for the role?
  • This role would suit a recent graduate (or currently enrolled in final year of a master’s degree program in Finance, Asset Management, Sustainability, Business administration, or a related field, or an applicant seeking their next job who may not necessarily be a new university leaver.
  • Previous internship experiences and familiarity with corporate work environment.
  • Passion for sustainability and interest in environmental and social impact issues.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus (Power BI).

We currently have an open position for a Graduate within our UK Compliance team. This role will provide you with valuable experience and an opportunity to develop expert knowledge as it relates to financial services, with dedicated support and training from the team. Who will I be working with?

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, UK/MENA, you will be working closely with a diverse and supportive team of four individuals within the UK. You will also work closely with other departments across the company such as HR, Sales, Investment Solutions and Marketing.

What will I be doing?
  • Providing support to the UK Compliance team on various topics
  • Financial promotion / Marketing & Communications sign-off
  • Execution of Compliance Monitoring reviews: definition of the testing methodology, formalisation of the tests and writing up conclusions
  • Data intelligence gathering / report writing (particularly in respect of data analytic exception reporting and management information)
  • Logging employee’s personal transactions and Outside Business Interests reported to Compliance
  • Reviewing Gifts & Entertainment
  • Co-ordinating the employee new joiner Compliance pack
  • Co-ordinating, arranging and tracking the roll-out of Compliance training to employees
  • Interpreting current and new regulations, and advising the business accordingly
  • Review and update of policies and procedures, and support provided in relation to training to employees
  • Co-ordinating Compliance team meeting content and agenda; presenting during Compliance team meetings
  • Involved in ad-hoc projects (such as training reminders, new joiner Compliance packs etc.)
What skills and qualifications are required for the role?
